Clematis drummondii Continued

Clematis drummondii bud becoming a flower

Not only did I find plenty of buds of Clematis drummondii yesterday, but plenty of flowers as well. This photograph shows the state in between: still partly a bud, already beginning to be a flower. The “starburst” in the upper left is from a fully open flower in the background.
